【摘要】 90年代以来 ,广东省外商投资结构发生了四大变化 ,一是尽管外资继续以亚洲资本为主 ,但欧美外资稳步增长 ;二是以合作经营、“三来一补”和对外借款方式的投资减少 ,外商独资、合资经营投资比重上升并居于主导地位 ;三是流向制造业的外资大幅度增长 ,商服、房地产投资稳中有降 ;四是外资在空间上向边缘地区扩散转移。针对外资结构变化趋势 ,提出未来的引资对策 :( 1)保持亚洲外资稳定增长 ,大力开发欧美资本市场 ,实施全球引资战略。( 2 )拓展引资渠道 ,建立全方位多层次引资体系。 ( 3)通过产业倾斜 ,引导外资向高新技术产业、基础产业流动。 ( 4)通过地区倾斜和边缘地区引资优势重构 ,引导外资向边缘地区流动更多还原

【Abstract】 Foreign investment structure has been changed in four aspects. Firstly, foreign investment from Europe and North America increase though Asian investment takes the main part of total foreign investment. Secondly, investment by Joint Ventures and Ventures Exclusively with foreign capital increase while there is decrease by cooperative operation and foreign loans. Thirdly, investment in manufacturing industry goes up but it goes down in retail sales, real estate. Fourthly, in 1990s, more foreign investment flows into periphery area instead of economic core. Based on the conclusion, the author put forward some policies to improve foreign investment structure.更多还原
