【摘要】 文章介绍了贫困人口概念及其具体的划分标准 ,分析了河南省贫困人口所处地区的自然和社会经济条件差、计划生育失控、劳动者科技文化教育滞后等是造成现阶段贫困的主要原因。并且在总结河南扶贫工作取得重大成就的同时 ,指出了今后扶贫攻坚任务的艰巨性及应继续采取的对策与措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 First, the paper introduces the concept of people in pouerty and the detailed criteria of the classification, then the anthor suggest the main causes of the poverty in Henan province: the harass natural and social economic conditions, the failaue of the birth plan programme, the poor intelligent quality of the labor force etc. At the samc time, the author also summarize the achievements of poverty relieving programme as well as analysing the difficulty of poverty relieving. In the conclusion part of the article,the author proposes some countermeasures on the poverty relieving activity in the future.更多还原
