【摘要】 应用间接血凝试验 ( IHA)对采自杨陵区食品公司屠宰点、西北农业大学实验农场种猪场、西北农林科技大学兽医院的 2 14份猪血样进行弓形虫抗体的定性检测 ,包括血清检测法 ( 176份 ) ,滤纸干血滴法 ( 38份 )两种方法。结果检出阳性血样 5份 ,阳性率为2 .34 %。其中来自杨陵区食品公司屠宰点猪血样 136份 ,全部用血清检测法测定结果 ;阳性 5份 ,阳性率为 3.6 8%;来自西北农林科技大学农场种猪场血样 76份 ,38份为血清检测法测定 ,38份用滤纸干血滴法测定 ,未检出阳性 ;来自西北农林科技大学兽医院 2份 ,用血清检测法测定 ,未检出阳性更多还原

【Abstract】 blood samples collected from the slaughterhouse of Yangling Food Company ,the Experimental Swine Farm and Veterinary Hospital of Northwestern Sic Tech University of Agriclture and Forestry were analysed for Toxoplasma gondii antibodies by indirect hemagglutination (IHA)test .The results showed that 5 positive blood samples were checked out with a positive rate of 2.34%,and these 5 positive sampls were all collected from 136 blood samples in Yangling Food Company with a postive rate of 3.68%. 76 blood sampls from the Experimental Swine Farm and 2 from the Veterinary Hospital were negative.更多还原
