【Abstract】 The opioid peptides are a kind of analgesic drugs and they can cause exciting and analgesia .In this review,the distribution and physiologic functions of endogenous opioid peptides in hypothalamus were discussed .It showed that they wide spreaded in hypothalamus and played the role as neurotransmitter and hormone.The above provided the morphological materials for hypothalamus as neural centre and endocrine organ.更多还原
