【摘要】 1998年 6～ 1 1月天津武清、蓟县、河北玉田等地出现一种以眼睑肿胀 ,流泪 ,瞎眼及喙端、眼、趾爪结痂为特征的鸡传染病。病鸡主要为 30～ 6 0日龄。经鼻感染 30日龄鸡复制出了与自然病例相同的临床表现 ,并分离到接种菌。对分离菌的系统鉴定表明所分离的 4株菌均为铜绿假单胞菌。更多还原

【Abstract】 A chicken disease had taken place on some chicken farms in Wuqing,Jixian of Tianjin and Yutian of Heibei Province from June to November in 1998,the signs of infected chicken included swollen eyes,lacrimation and blind eye and fromation scab in eye,talon, the top of breaken beak,the disease mainly occurred in 30~60 day old birds. The clinical symptoms and pathological changes were the same as illness chicken at nature conditions by nostril inoculation.The pathogenic organisms had also heen isolated from the nasal sinus of illness chicken. The systemic identification of 4 isolated strains showed that all the strains were Pseudomonas aeruginosa.更多还原
