基于运动控制器的开放式激光焦点位置控制系统
Open laser focus auto-tracking system based on universal motion controller
【摘要】 激光切割焦点位置自动跟踪系统的控制精度直接影响着激光切割加工的质量。电感式LVDT传感器或电容传感器与单片机构成的控制系统存在着抗干扰能力较低、动态响应品质较差、开放程度差等缺点。本文介绍一种用数字式光码盘和运动控制器构成的控制系统 ,采用通用的运动控制器作为控制系统 ,提高系统的控制品质、开放性、稳定性、可靠性 ,可以有效地解决上述问题。
【Abstract】 The control accuracy of laser focus auto-tracking system determines cutting quality of laser processing machine.Traditional laser focus auto-tracking systems,adapting LVDT and capacitance transducer to detect laser focus position and controller based on single-chip computer to control auto-tracking processing have many shortages such as lower anti-jamming ability,bad dynamic etc.The following function of universal motion controller can make a motion axes following input signal of encoder,LVDT transducer and other voltage signal.Based on this feature,the open laser focus auto-tracking system based on universal motion controller is studied and introduced in this paper.It can overcome these shortages above mentioned.
