低热固相反应法制备纳米LiCoO2的研究(Ⅱ)纳米LiCoO2的电化学性能

【摘要】 采用恒流充放、循环伏安及交流阻抗实验对低热固相反应法制备的纳米LiCoO2 的电化学性能进行了研究。发现纳米LiCoO2 初始放电性能不佳 ,但其循环稳定性较好 ,放电电压平台较高 (3.9V) ;纳米LiCoO2 以最佳配比(7.5 % )加入普通LiCoO2 中得到的混合样初始容量有所提高 ,放电电压平台较高 ,循环稳定性更好 ,适合作为锂离子电池正极材料。对纳米LiCoO2 样成分进行了分析 ,探讨了最佳混合样D2 电性能良好的机理
【Abstract】 The electrochmical behavior of nanophase LiCoCO 2 synthesized by solid state reaction at low heating temperature was studied by means of constant curent charge/discharge,cyclic voltammograms and AC impedance techniques.The results show that the nanophase LiCoO 2 performs poor initial discharge capacity,good cyclic stability and high discharge voltage.However,when it is mixed with common LiCoO 2 at the optimum weight ratio,the ultra fine particles can be filled into the interface of common LiCoO 2 and the diffusion coefficient of Li + is increased,thereby the surface contact state of LiCoO 2 is improved and the reaction area is increased.As a result,the electrochemical performance of the mixed sample is greatly improved.
