聚丙烯腈基低温碳负极材料的改性

【摘要】 研究了磷酸对聚丙烯腈基低温碳材料的改性作用。结果表明,在600℃及1000℃的热处理温度下,改性碳材料的可逆容量随磷酸加入量的增加而增加,但是原因不完全一致。在较低的温度下,磷酸与CH基形成的交联结构导致了碳材料有序性的提高,而在较高的温度下,因该种交联结构中磷的热力学不稳定性增加而导致微孔的产生。但在两种情况下层间距及石墨微晶的大小均有增加

【Abstract】 Modification function of phosphoric acid to low temperature carbon based on polyacrylonitrile was investigated. The results show that reversible capacity of the modified carbons prepared at 600 ℃ and 1000 ℃ increase with the addition amount of phosphoric acid. However, the factors in effect are not completely similar. At low temperature, the crosslinked structure formed from the reaction of phosphoric acid and CH groups leads to an improved regularity of the prepared carbonaceous materials. While at high temperature, the crosslinked structure is given off due to the increase of thermodynamic instability of phosphorus and thus micropores are produced. In both cases, interlayer distance and the size of graphite crystallites are increased.
