21世纪电镀废水治理的发展趋势

【摘要】 2 1世纪电镀废水治理的发展趋势将是全面实现零排放。要达到此目的 ,必须做几件事 :把分散的电镀厂、点集中起来成为电镀中心 ,降低设备造价以及把自动化电镀生产线与净化水装置直接组成完整的洗涤水闭路循环等。一旦全面实现 ,不但消除电镀废水污染 ,同时节约大量用水 ,为人类除害造福。

【Abstract】 The development trend of electroplating waste-water treatment in 21st century is to realize zero discharge completely. For this purpose, several things must be done. Scattered electroplating factories should be combined in comprehensive electroplating center. Cost of equipments should be decreased. The automatic electroplating production line and the water treatment facilities should be arranged to form directly a closed circulation of washing water, ect. Once these are realized overall, not only can the electroplating waste water pollution be eliminated, but also a large quantity of water can be saved. It will be a significant thing of clearing up disaster and bringing benefit for the mankind.
