原发性肝癌血管起源的研究

【摘要】 目的 研究原发性肝癌的血管起源。方法 用病理及CD34、荆豆凝聚素(UEA-1)免疫组化的方法对21例肝癌及癌旁组织中血管形成进行检测和观察。结果 癌旁组织血窦内皮细胞CD34及UEA-1染色阴性, 炎症组织内的血管染色阳性。肿瘤血管与癌旁组织血管相连或不相连。结论 部分原发性肝癌血管可能起源于毛细血管化的癌旁肝血窦。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the angiogenesis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC). Methods The blood vessel formation in the cancerous and adjacent normal liver tissues in 21 patients with PHC were studied by pathological and immunohistochemical examinations (CD34 and Ulex europaeus agglutinin 1,UEA-1). Results The positive staining of CD34 and UEA-1 could not be seen in liver sinusoidal endothelial cells of patients with liver cirrhosis chronic hepatitis, but could be seen in the vessels in inflammatory tissues. The endothelial cells showed marked staining for CD34 and UEA-1 PHC. The tumor vessels had continuity with the vessels in tissues adjacent to PHC in some regions. Conclusion The PHC vessels might be derived from the capillarized liver in the parineoplastic liver tissues sinusoid.
