【摘要】 本文通过分析传统的和基于Web的呼叫中心 ,结合WAP技术提出了基于WAP呼叫中心的设计 ,并给出了一个典型业务———点击拨号(CTD)的实现方案。

【Abstract】 By analysing traditional call center and WAP technolgy, this paper present an advanced call center based on WAP.A typical service in this call center,clik to dial(CTD), is also discribed in detail.
