铝拉丝润滑油的选用
Selection of lubricant for aluminium wire drawing
【摘要】 为了满足高速拉制铝单线 ,选用了好富顿公司生产的 CINDOL4683拉丝润滑油。文中介绍了该润滑油的使用情况 ,证明其适用于高速拉制 ,对铝线表面光洁度、拉丝模和鼓轮使用寿命 ,及减少能耗均有良好的效果
【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirements of high speed aluminium wire drawing, lubricant CINDOL 4683 produced by Houghton Co., Ltd was selected. The application of the lubricant, which is presented in this article, shows that it is suitable for high speed wire drawing and has advantageous effect on the brightness of the wire surface, the life of the die and cone and energy saving.
