【摘要】 本试验研究了半胱胺(CS)对绵羊增重、饲料转化效率的影响。将40只始重平均21kg的(公母各半)小尾寒羊随机分为4组 ,分别在日粮精料中添加0、50、100、150mg/kg BW的CS ,每5天添加一次 ,试验期36天。分别于开始用药后的第0、10、20、30天称重 ,并记录各组所采食的粗料及精料量。结果表明 ,4个添加剂量组中 ,以100mg/kg BW组效果最佳。CS使绵羊30天增重提高25 %(P<0.01) ,其中以开始用药后前20天最为明显 ,以后随时间延长促生长效果逐渐减弱 ;精料/增重比下降20.2 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to examine the effects of cysteamine (CS)on body weight gain and feed conversion rate in sheep.40 Xiaoweihan sheep with an initial weight of 21kg were randomly divided into 4 groups,which were dose cysteamine of 0、50、100、150mg/kg body weight respectively,once every 5 days,for 30 days.The animals were weighted on day 0、10、20、30 after the first dosage.The quantity of concentrate and roughage was recorded daily.The results showed that:Cysteamine increased body weight gain by 24% (P<0.01),and the best responses of promoting growth in the dosage of 100 mg/kg body weight and from day 1 to 20 after the first CS dosage there after the responses declined with the time.Feed conversion rate increased by 20.4%.The rusults suggest that supplementation of CS in a diet can improve growth rate and increase feed conversion rate in sheep.更多还原
