翅片管蒸发器换热表面的结霜特性与对其结构设计的影响
Frosting on the Finned-tube Evaporator Surface and Its Effects on Evaporator Structure Design
【摘要】 通过论述翅片管蒸发器换热表面的结霜特性以及结霜对换热器性能的影响 ,提出了改进结霜工况下翅片管蒸发器结构的一些措施 ,以减小结霜对其换热性能的不利影响 ,延长除霜周期 ,节约能源和原材料。特别是针对蒸发器除霜装置的改进以及不同工作温度范围内翅片管组结构的变化进行了阐述
【Abstract】 The effects of frosting on the heat transfer characteristic of the finned-tube heat exchanger are presented at first, then the improved structure is given to the evaperator when frosting, so that it will prolong the defrosting period, improving the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger and saving energy and materials. Improvement for the defrosting equipment and the configuration of heat exchanger in different temperature range is especially stated.
