铁磁-d波超导结中的自旋极化隧道谱
Spin-polarized Tunneling Spectrum in Ferromagnet/d-wave Superconductor Junction
【摘要】 考虑到铁磁层中准粒子输运的自旋极化效应以及 d波超导表面时间反演对称态的破缺效应 ,在 Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk散射理论框架下 ,研究铁磁 -d波超导隧道结中的隧道谱 ,所得结果能展示一些新奇特征 ,并能解释一些实验现象
【Abstract】 Considering the effect of spin-polarized quasiparticle transport in ferromagnet and the broken time reversal symmetry pairing state near a surface of d-wave superconductor, within a scattering framework of Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk, we study the tunneling spectrum in ferromagnet/d-wave superconductor junction. Our results exhibits some novel features, and are in qualitative agreement with experiments.
