衬底对YBa2Cu3O7-δ单晶超导膜荧光光谱的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF THE SUBSTRATE ON PHOTOLUMINESCENCE (PL) SPECTRUM OF YBa2Cu3O7-δ CRYSTAL FILMS
【摘要】 本文报道在Zr(Y)O2 和LaAlO3两种衬底上制备的YBa2 Cu3O7-δ单晶膜的荧光光谱 .样品用原位中空柱状阴极直流磁控溅射法制备 .结果表明 ,随衬底材料的不同呈现不同的荧光光谱分布 .沉积在Zr(Y)O2 上的YBa2 Cu3O7-δ膜的光谱主峰位于 2 .85eV ,而沉积在单晶LaAlO3衬底上YBa2 Cu3O7-δ膜的主峰位于 2 .12eV处 .前者由 3.0eV和 2 .80eV两个峰组成 ,改变激发能可以使它们分离 ;升高衬底温度出现低能峰 .后者为单峰 ,峰值位置不随激发能的变化而改变 .我们对结果进行了讨论 .
【Abstract】 The photoluminescence (PL) spectrum of YBa\-2Cu\-3O\-\{7- δ \} crystal films deposited respectively on LaAlO\-3 and Zr(Y)O\-2 crystal substrates by dc magnetron sputtering in cylinder cathode have been measured. A main emission band 2.85eV appears in PL spectrum of YBa\-2Cu\-3O\-\{7- δ \} crystal films on Zr(Y)O\-2 substrate, and the 2.12eV emission band appears in that on LaAlO\-3 substrate. The former is consist of two emission peak 3.0eV and 2.8eV which could be separated by change of the excitation energy, a peak located on low energy appears with increasing temperature of the substrate; the latter is a single peak and the position of the peak did not change with the excitation energy.
