热声制冷的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON THERMOACOUSTIC REFRIGERATION
【摘要】 自行研制了热声驱动脉管制冷机实验台 ,着重研究了加热温度、平均工作压力、小孔开度、工质种类等因素对脉管制冷机性能的影响 .初步实验表明 ,以氮、氦及氦和氩混合物 (氦占 94 % )作工质 ,分别获得了 2 34.5K、179K及 16 5K的无负荷制冷温度 .此外 ,本文还指出了进一步改进方向 ,具有一定参考价值 .
【Abstract】 A self made pulse tube refrigerator driven by thermoacoustic prime mover was set up to study the effects of heating temperature, mean pressure, open ratio of orifice and working fluids on the performance of the cryocooler. The preliminary experiments show that temperatures as low as 234.5K, 179K and 165K were obtained with the working fluids of nitrogen, helium and helium/argon mixture respectively. Better results could be expected after further improvements.
