用透射电镜探讨RuSr2Gd2-xCexCu2Oz超导体Tc的抑制机理
TRANSMISSION ELECTRON MICROSCOPE STUDY ON THE SUPPRESSION OF Tc IN RuSr2Gd2-xCexCu2Oz SUPERCONDUCTORS
【摘要】 超导体RuSr2 Gd2 -xCexCu2 Oz 是用固相反应法制备的 .由于CuO2 面与RuO2 面共存在同一个晶胞内 ,该系列化合物的研究颇受超导机理及超导体的实际应用两方面的研究者关注 .电子衍射揭示了该系列样品中存在的 3种亚稳超结构 ,本文在对这些亚稳超结构及其变化进行分析讨论的基础上 ,对相应机理进行了探讨 .结合电阻测量结果 ,CuO2 层中可能存在的二维非公度磁涨落有序现象被认为是该系列样品Tc 抑制的原因之一 .
【Abstract】 Superconductors with nominal compositions RuSr\-2Gd\-\{2- x \}Ce\- x Cu\-2O\- z (Ru 1222, x =0.5~0.8) were prepared by a conventional solid state reaction. With CuO\-2 layer and RuO\-2 layer coexisting in one unit cell, these compounds seem attractive to the researchers of both mechanism and device application. In this paper, three types of metastable superlattices in this system have been detected by selected area electron diffraction(SAED). In addition to careful analyses of the superstructures, the mechanism which revealed is also discussed. Combined with the normalized resistance measurement, two dimensional incommensurate magnetic inflactuation in the CuO\-2 layers is considered to be one of the explanation for the suppression of T\-c in the Ru 1222 system.
