集成开关型霍尔传感器的特性测量和应用

【摘要】 本文对集成开关型霍尔元件的性质进行测量 ,并就其在转速测量及液位控制等方面的应用进行了大量试验及研究。

【Abstract】 In this paper the characteristics of the intersraded switch Hall elements are measured.Some tests and research are carried out in the application of measuring the rotation speed and controlling the surface position of liquid.
