基于涡流和漏磁检测原理的输电线路导线损伤检测

【摘要】 详细介绍了一种架空输电导线损伤检测仪的研制情况。依据高压输电线的结构特点 ,可同时使用涡流检测原理和漏磁检测原理分别对导线的铝绞线和钢芯损伤情况进行检测。由于可在线路停电情况下进行检测 ,因而可以对地线进行检测。文章分析了这两种检测方法的检测原理 ,介绍了具体实现方法、仪器的各部分结构及信号处理软件的设计思路。该仪器通过了试验室和现场测试

【Abstract】 The development of an instrument for inspecting conductor defect on high voltage overhead transmission line is put forward in this paper. With the instrument the defects of the conductor on the high voltage overhead transmission line can be inspected whether the line is dead or in operation. According to the structural features of high voltage overhead transmission lines not only the defects in the steel core and in the aluminum part of the steel reinforced aluminum conductor can be detected by eddy current inspection and leakage magnetic flux inspection respectively, but also the defects in the grounding wire can be detected. The detection principle of the two inspection methods is analyzed, the concrete implementation and the structure of the instrument are described, the design of the software for signal processing is briefly presented. The results of on site and laboratory tests show that the detection result of this instrument is accurate.
