配电系统中性点接地方式的分析

【摘要】 配电系统中性点接地方式有不接地、经消弧线圈接地和经电阻接地等 ,各种方式各有其优缺点 ,应根据具体情况通过技术经济比较确定。对于电缆和架空线混合线路 ,究竟采用经消弧线圈接地还是经电阻接地一直颇有争议。文章针对苏州市新区 2个变电站的 10 k V出线具体情况 ,从供电可靠性、内过电压、对通信线的干扰、继电保护以及确保人身安全诸方面进行分析 ,认为在这 2个变电站的 10 k V系统中采用中性点经电阻接地是适宜的。

【Abstract】 In distribution systems the following grounding ways, i.e., non grounding, arc suppression coil grounding and resistance grounding, are often applied. Because each grounding way has its own features, therefore, it is necessary to carry out technical economical comparison before selection for the particular case. For low voltage transmission lines consisting of overhead lines and cables it is still disputed to select whether arc suppression grounding or resistance grounding. According to the concrete case of 10kV feeders in the two substations at new district of Suzhou and based on the analyses on power supply reliability, switching surge overvoltage, interference to telecommunication lines, protective relaying and personal safety, the selection is that to adopt resistance grounding for 10kV system of the two substation is suitable.
