【Abstract】 Quantitatively evaluating the quality of power commodity is significant in electricity market. This paper discusses indices that determine the quality of electric power, shows that service indices as well as technical indices should be taken to measure the quality. A procedure employing fuzzy theory to synthesize these indices, and to arrive at the quantitative evaluation of electric power quality is proposed. Also, some ideas on implementation of quality evaluation are given.更多还原
