【Abstract】 Drawing on the experiences of other countries for reference and combining it with the current status and the development trend of macro-economy system reform in China and administration system reform in electric power industry of China as well as the practical situation in all aspects of the electric power industry, for most problems, which may be faced with while the regional and nation-wide electricity markets build up and operate, the appropriate solutions are put forward. Besides, the whole framework of electricity market, the concrete patterns for building up electricity markets and their operations are analyzed and relevant suggestions are proposed.更多还原
