【Abstract】 Thermal contact heat transfer between solid interfaces has application background in many high technologies.This paper summarized the theoretical work on thermal contact resistance(TCR)between solid interfaces,discussed the application research on TCR and presented some methods of heat enhancement and reduction.Finally,some recommendations for further research are pointed out.更多还原
