低温冷冻治疗的新冷源——多元混合工质节流制冷机
A NEW COOLING SOURCE FOR CRYOSURGERY-THE MULTI-COMPONENT MIXED-REFRIGERANT J-T REFRIGERATOR
【摘要】 报道了一种应用于低温医疗的多元混合工质节流制冷机。文中建立了多元混合工质节流制冷热力循环的优化分析模型 ,包括多元混合工质选配与循环运行参数设计原则。同时 ,设计制作了一台样机 ,并采用两种混合工质进行了相关实验研究 ,分别取得了在 - 70°C有 2 0W和 - 12 0°C有 11W的制冷量的实验结果。结果表明 ,多元混合工质节流制冷机是一种非常有前途的低温冷冻治疗仪
【Abstract】 A mixed refrigerant J T refrigerator(MJTR)for cryosurgery is reported in this paper.The optimization model for this MJTR is established,including the principle of component selection and operating parameter optimization.Meanwhile,a prototype of the mixed refrigerant J T refrigerator for cryosurgery is made and tested.A cooling capacity of 11 W at -120 °C and another cooling capacity of 20 W at -70 °C with two mixtures are achieved.Because of its low cost,simplicity and reliability,the MJTR is a very good cooling source for cryosurgery.
