腹柱虫属一新种及其形态发生(纤毛动物门 :腹毛目 )

【摘要】 记述采自哈尔滨和大庆市近郊的一种腹毛目纤毛虫。用蛋白银的不同改进法显示间期细胞的纤毛器和分裂期的形态发生 ,与其近似种小腹柱虫GastrostylaminimaHemberger,1982进行比较 ,确定本种为腹柱虫属一新种 ,命名为后枝腹柱虫Gastrostylaopisthocladasp nov 。模式标本保存于哈尔滨师范大学生物系原生动物研究室

【Abstract】 The present paper reports a new species of the genus Gastrostyla collected from suburbs of Harbin and Daqing The main points of its morpholoty and morphogenesis are described as follows The speciments are deposited in the Research Laboratory on Progozoa of Harbin Normal University 1 Gastrostyla opisthoclada Xu,Shi et Shi, sp nov (Figs 1 22) Body elongated ellipsoid, dorsoventral flattened 110 130?μm long and 38 42?μm wide measured from protargol stained specimen Body flexible in vivo with argentophilic subpellicle granules 5 frontal and 5 transverse cirri adding a roughly straight arranged ‘median cirral row’ (MCR) constitute the ventral cirral pattern It is similar in many morphological respects to Gastrostyla minima Hemberger, 1982 except that it has mainly three micronuclei instead of permanent two in G Minima and that it has uniform left marginal cirri instead of shrinking of the last three in G Minima During morphogenesis the formation of the MCR conforms to the characterization for this genus by Eigner & Foissner in 1982 who recombined this genus with other genera in the Family Amphisiellidae The author consider that this recombination would be reliable if their evolutionary relationship could be established This consideration provoke our another thinking, i e other characters rather than cirral pattern, such as the ultrastructure base of stiff of flexuble characters, with or without subpellicle granules (trichocysts), the nature and arrangement of the cirral basal rootets etc , might also be treated as the important data for revealing phylogenetic relationship in hypotrichs
