【摘要】 目的:对比研究白龙片与HMBA对人胃癌细胞的诱导分化作用。方法:采用高压笑气法将MGc803细胞进行同步化,分别收集G₁、S、G₂、M四期细胞,将中药复方白龙片与已知诱导合化剂HMBA分别处理各期细胞。结果:实验结果表明两种药物均可使MGC803细胞生长受到抑制、软琼脂集落形成减少及微丝结构增长。且以G₁期细胞效果最为明显。结论:表明白龙片与HMBA对人胃癌MGC803细胞的诱导分化作用具有明显相似的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Comparedly study, the function of Bailong Chinese Midicine and HMBA inducing MGC80 -3 cell differentiation. Method: Mdopting the Nitrous Oide cell Synchrony at high Pressure to Cynchronate MGC80- 3 cells,then collect Separately ,Gi. S. G2 andM four Phases cells, treated with 5mmol/L HMBA Known as inducer of cell differ-erfiation as well as Bailing Chinese medicine. Result Both medicines have the function of Suppression of cell proliferation, reduce of anchorag independent cloning growth of cells and strenthening of microfilaments.
