贵州小型香猪群体遗传结构的RAPD分析

【摘要】 目的 分析贵州小型香猪的群体遗传结构。方法 用经过筛选的 31条引物对贵州小型香猪个体基因组DNA进行RAPD扩增。结果 经RAPD反应 ,共扩增出 2 71条带 ,其中多态性带 79条 ,多态性带频率在 0~ 71%之间 ,平均为 2 6 .6 %。不同个体猪拥有的RAPD条带具有差异 ,但拥有相同条带的个体猪比率较高。该群体猪的相似系数 (F)为 0 .933(0 .830~ 0 .980 ) ,平均等位基因频率 ( q)为 0 .742 ,最低平均杂合率( H)为 0 .2 5 8。 结论 贵州小型香猪个体间具有较好的遗传一致性和遗传稳定性 ,其群体分化程度处在一个较低的水平

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the genetic construction of Guizhou miniature pig population. Methods Thirty one selected single primers were used to amplify the genomic DNA of Guizhou miniature pigs with random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) techinque. Results After the amplification, 271 bands were found, and of them polymorphic bands were 79 with the frequency of 0~71% (mean 26.6%) . Different individual pig has various bands, but the frequency of common bands was high. Based on RAPD patterns, similarity index (F) was 0.933 (0.830~0.980), average alletic frequency () 0.742 and minimum herterozygositics () 0.258. Conclusion There is higher degree of homogenicity and stability in heredity among individuals in the population of Guizhou miniature pig and the degree of population differentiation is at a lower level.
