【摘要】 目的　准确分析贵州小型香猪种群遗传变异及近交程度。方法　采用 10对短串联重复序列(STR)引物 ,对贵州小型香猪个体进行PCR检测。结果　在检测到的 88个有效等位基因型中 ,纯合基因型5 0个 ,占 5 5 .7%。个体平均杂合率为 0 .40 81,位点平均杂合率为 0 .5 5 6 2。结论　贵州小型香猪具有一定遗传稳定性 ,符合封闭群动物遗传学特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the genetic variation and inbreeding of Guizhou miniature pigs. Methods DNA of ten Guizhou miniature pigs extracted to observe its genotype by STR PCR with 10 pairs of short tandem repeat (STR) as the primers. Results Fifty homozygostic genes (55.7%) were found in all 88 effective allele types. Average heterozygostic rate of individuals was 0.4081, and that of loci was 0.5562. Conclusion Guizhou miniature pigs are genetically stabe and satisfied the genetic standard of closed colony animal.更多还原
