髓室底穿通修复材料的密合性研究

【摘要】 目的 :筛选密合性最好的髓室底穿通修补用材料。方法 :选择离体恒磨牙 80只 ,将每只牙髓室底磨穿 ,再用银汞合金、光固化复合树脂 (LCR)、玻璃离子 (ASPC)、羧酸锌粘固粉 (PCC)等 4种材料分别修复后进行短期染料浸泡试验和扫描电镜 (SEM )观察 ,比较材料渗漏及密合情况。结果 :4种材料均有微渗漏及不密合情况。渗漏程度随时间延长而加深 ,其中ASPC最好 ,银汞合金、LCR次之、PCC较差。材料与洞壁间隙大小与渗漏情况一致 ,但不随时间延长而改变。结论 :4种髓室底穿通修复材料 ,经染料浸泡试验及扫描电镜观察 ,以玻璃离子密合性最好 ,应是现阶段首选材料

【Abstract】 Objective:To screen the best filling material with high lutation degree for endodontic perforation Methods:Eighty extracted permanent molar teeth were collected and the endotontium of all the teeth were perforated The perforation cavity in different teeth was filled with silver amalgam (SA), optically solidified composite resin(OSCR), glass ionomer cement(ASPC) and polycarboxylic cement (PCC) respectively Then, a short time dyestuff soaking test was done to all the teeth after the filling process The sections of the teeth were observed with scanning electron microscopy(SEM) to compare the degree of lutation and dyestuff diffusion of the 4 filling materials Results:All the 4 materials showed various degrees of ill lutation and microdiffusion The diffusion of the dyestuff occurred in a time dependent manner, that is, the longer the time of soaking, the heavier the degree of diffusion Among the 4 materials, ASPC possessed the best lutation, SA and LSCR the second and PCC the worst The degree of diffusion was positively correlated to the space between the filling material and the cavity wall though the size of the space did not enlarge with the elapse of time Conclusion:Among the 4 kinds of filling materials, ASPC was confirmed as the best one with dyestuff soaking test and scanning electron microscopy
