【Abstract】 Iron sulfides are attracting increasing attention within the contexts of paleomagnetism and environmental magnetism. The magnetic property features and the researching progress of ferromagnetic iron sulfides in sediments are summarized. The reliability of Earth field recorded in CRM is analyzed.
