三元复合体系的色谱分离现象及驱油效果

【摘要】 在人造均质岩心上进行了三元复合体系的驱油实验 ,研究了三元体系的注入量、粘度、注入方式对驱油效果及色谱分离的影响 .结果表明 :三元体系驱油过程中 ,3种化学剂间存在色谱分离现象 ,其流动顺序为 :聚合物在前 ,碱紧随其后 ,表面活性剂较为滞后 .随着注入量的增加 ,色谱分离程度增强 ,采收率提高 ,当注入量由 0 .3增至 1.5倍孔隙体积时 ,采收率由 11.5 %增至 2 9.5 % ;随着体系粘度的增大 ,色谱分离程度减缓 ,采收率提高 ,17.0mPa·s的低粘体系采收率为 11.8% ,而 35 .0mPa·s的高粘体系采收率为 2 1.2 % ;改变注入方式 ,即增加三元副段塞 ,可减缓色谱分离程度并提高采收率

【Abstract】 The flow experiments have been conducted on oil displacement and chromatographic separation of surfactant/alkaline/polymer(ASP) flooding in homogenous artificial core. The effect of the injection rate, the viscosity of the ASP system and the injection sequence on oil recovery and the chromatographic separation have been studied. It is shown that the chromatographic separation of ASP flooding exist among the components of the mixture. The flowing order is that the first is the polymer, the second is the alkaline, the last is the surfactant. The extent of chromatographic separation is decreased and the oil recovery is increased with the increase of the injection rate and the viscosity of the ASP system. As the injection volume of ASP is increased from 0.3 pore volume to 1.5 pore volume, the oil recovery is increased from 11.5% to 29.5%. The oil recovery of low viscous ASP (the viscosity is about 17.0 mPa.s) is 11.8%, but the high viscous ASP (the viscosity is about 35.0 mPa.s) is 21.2%. Changing the injection sequence, e. g., adding assistant ASP plug, can also reduce the extent of chromatographic separation and increase the oil recovery.
