大豆溶剂油吸附脱芳烃透过曲线

【摘要】 研究了以 10x分子筛为吸附剂 ,在大豆溶剂油吸附脱芳烃的过程中破点与透过曲线的关系 .分别考察了在一定的实验条件下 ,吸附温度、溶剂油中芳烃的体积分数、流量、分子筛再生时间及吸附周期等因素对透过曲线的影响 ;结果表明 ,吸附温度升高 ,进料流量加大 ,或原料中芳烃体积分数增高 ,均可使芳烃穿透床层时间缩短 ,破点提前 ,对生产不利 ;认为在实际操作中应采用最佳流量及与设备匹配的进料 ,吸附过程应在较低的温度下进行 .

【Abstract】 The relation of breaking point and penetration curve was investigated in the process of removing aromatics from soybean solvent oil using 10x as adsorbent through adsorption. At certain test conditions, the effect of adsorption temperature, volume fraction of aromatics, flow capacity, regeneration time of molecular sit and adsorption period were inspected respectively. The result shows that, when the adsorption temperature or flow of feed or volume fraction of aromatics is increased, penetration time is reduced, breaking point is advanced, creating bad effect on production. In practice, the process should be operated at low temperature.
