一个科技情报服务系统的设计与实现
Design and implementation of a technological information system
【摘要】 为了加强科技成果的转化及应用 ,设计并实现了一个科技情报服务系统 ;详细介绍了该系统的总体设计及实现过程 ,并对关键技术做了分析 ;该系统的前端工具采用的是C + +Builder 3 .0程序设计语言 ,是在TRS数据库管理系统的基础上实现的二次开发
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a technological information system. Its implementation is TRS DMS’s secondary exploitation whose tool is C++ Builder 3.0. In addition, this paper particularizes TRS DMS and the design and implementation of the technological information system, and analyzes the key technique adopted.
