MYsorb-c681阳离子聚合物体系组成分析及其特性参数测量
ANALYSIS ON THE COMPOSITION OF MYsorb-c681 CATION POLYMER SYSTEM AND MEASUREMENT OF ITS PROPERTY PARAMETERS
【摘要】 随着大庆油田水驱和聚合物驱油过程中窜流问题逐渐暴露 ,调整吸液剖面对于提高开发效果的重要性愈来愈被人们所认识。针对油田开发阴、阳离子调剖技术的需要 ,对日本三井氰胺公司生产的阳离子聚合物主要化学成分进行了分析 ,结果表明其主要成分是聚季胺 ,由此建立阳离子浓度检测方法———四苯硼钠滴定法。在此基础上 ,对阳离子聚合物溶液的基本性质如增粘性、耐盐性、筛网系数和过滤因子等进行了测定 ,为后续阴阳离子调剖技术研究奠定了基础
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of crossflow in the water flooding and polymer flooding in Daqing Oil Field, entry profile adjustment is more and more recognized for the improvement of development effect. According to the requirement for the profile control technique of anions and cations in oil field develpment, this paper analyzes the chemical composition cation polymer produced by MitsuiCyanamide Ltd. Then it constructs an examining method for cation concentration—xodium tetraphenylboron titration. Based on this result, it measures the property of cation polymer such as viscosifying ability, salt resistance, screen factor, and filtering factor. This provides a basis for the continual technical study on anion and cation profile control.
