流化移动叠置式冷渣器的发展与运行经验

【摘要】 针对流化床锅炉的热污染 ,浙江大学开发了一系列新型流化移动叠置式灰渣冷却器。在实验室理论与大量试验的基础上 ,设计开发制造了冷渣量为 1 .5t/ h的冷渣器示范装置和一系列冷渣器产品。 1 997年为日本一公司锅炉配用的大容量冷渣器 (单台冷渣量达 7.2 t/ h)目前已与锅炉一起投入试验生产 ,运行正常。介绍了流化移动叠置式冷渣器在浙江大学的发展与运行经验。

【Abstract】 A novel ash cooler, using both fluidized bed and moving bed technologies, was developed to decrease thermal pollutions and use waste heat of the bottom ash exited from fluidized bed boilers at Institute for Thermal Power Engineering, Zhejiang University. As the first industrial practice of this novel ash cooler a 1.5 ton ash per hour ash cooler demonstration facility was built based on theoretical and experimental research at laboratory. Later a series of different type of the ash coolers were manufactured using the same mechanism to meet different situations. In 1997 two large ash coolers (7.2 ton ash per hour per unit) were designed and iinstalled for a fluidized bed boiler of a Japanese corporation based on a large amount of operation experiences on site. They operated well at present after commission. This paper reviewed the developments and operation experiences of the ash coolers developed in Zhejiang University. Figs 6, table 1 and refs 8.
