穗分枝小麦选育过程中某些光合参数和籽粒品质的研究

【摘要】 李丕皋等将圆锥小麦的穗分枝特性导入普通小麦并选育出穗分枝小麦新品系分 33。通过对分 33和亲本及杂交后代的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和营养品质等测定 ,结果表明 ,分 33具有较高的净光合速率 ,有益于干物质的积累 ,籽粒营养品质中等 ;过氧化物酶同工酶的分析表明 ,穗分枝小麦分 33既源于穗分枝型的基因 ,也保留普通小麦亲本的基因 ,具有抗倒伏、抗病、落黄好的特点。

【Abstract】 Some traits of ear branched wheat was induced into common wheat and selected new ear branched wheat variety Fen 33 by Li Peigao et al .The rate of net photosynthetic and transpiration,stomatal conductivity and qrain nutritive quality of Fen 33,parent and filial generation were measured in this paper.The results showed that the ratio of net photosynthesis of Fen 33 were higher than those of others,but its qrain nutritive quality was midium.Analysis of peroxidase isozyme indicated that Fen 33 not only contained genes from ear branched wheat,but kept genes of other common parents.Fen 33 had traits of resistance of falling over and diseases and also the traits of good yellowing at maturity stage.
