3种龙葵表皮毛类型及发育过程观察研究

【摘要】 通过观察发现龙葵 ( Solanum nigrum L.)、少花龙葵 ( S.photeinocarpum Nakam.etOdashi)和黄果龙葵 ( S.nigrum L.var.suaveolens G.L.Guo)的表皮毛均为腺毛 ,主要有单细胞头腺毛和多细胞头腺毛 2种。腺毛的原始细胞都来源于原表皮细胞 ,经 2次平周分裂产生基细胞、柄细胞和顶端细胞。在腺毛后期的形态发生中 ,柄细胞和顶细胞的分裂状态决定腺毛的形态发生类型 ,若柄细胞继续平周分裂、分化 ,发育成单细胞头腺毛 ;若顶端细胞连续 1~ 2次平周分裂和垂周分裂、分化 ,发育成多细胞头腺毛。

【Abstract】 Based on observe trichome of Solanum nigruum L., S.photeinocarpum Nakam.et Odashi and S.nigrum L.var. suaveolens G.L.Guo.We found that are all glandular hairs 5,one is glandular hairs of single cell head and another is glandular hairs of poly cell head.The initial cells of both types of glandular hairs origineted from the protodermal cells and created a basal cell,a stalk cell and an apical cell through two successive periclinal divisions.During the late stage of the morphogenesis of glandular hairs.The type of glandular hairs was affected by differentiation degree of the stalk cell and the apical cell,if the stalk cell through several successive periclinal divisions,glandular hairs of single cell head was developed,if the apical cell through several successive periclinal divisions and anticlinal division,glandular hair of poly cell head developed.
