强磁场、高电压环境下使用的光纤振动传感器设计
Design of a New Type Optic Fiber Vibration Transducer working in the Environment of High Voltage and Strong Magnetic Field
【摘要】 利用光纤具有的抗电磁干扰等优点 ,结合发电机端部线圈振动测试的特点即振动主要成分为 10 0Hz频率 ,设计了一种光纤振动传感器 .传感器输出为脉冲波 ,通过记数方式实现振动的测量 ,因此测试精度较高且相应的测试部分容易实现 .介绍了传感器的设计原理 ,并将该传感器在标准振动模拟台上进行试验 ,给出了传感器的实际输出波形 .
【Abstract】 The conventional transducer is not suitable for measuring the vibration of end windings in large generator with high voltage and strong magnetic field. An optic fiber transducer which can work well at a main vibration frequency of 100?Hz under such an environment is designed to measure the vibration. The amplitude of vibration can be obtained by counting the number of the output of the transducer in pause waveforms during a period of time, so a high measurement precision can be realized easily by means of a simple measuring circuit. The principle of the transducer is given and the transducer is verified by a vibration transducer calibration system with a satisfactory output.
