附着缺氧-好氧生物膜工艺处理聚酯废水的研究

【摘要】 研究了附着缺氧好氧生物膜工艺处理聚酯废水的影响因素及效率 .结果表明 :当进水重铬酸钾化学耗氧量低于 140 0mg/L ,其缺氧段有机负荷小于 3 36kg/ (m3·d) ,总停留时间为 18h时 ,重铬酸钾化学耗氧量去除率大于 90 % .工艺中缺氧段有效地提高废水的可生化性 ,丰富的生物相及生物量增强了系统耐冲击负荷的能力

【Abstract】 The influencing factors and efficiency are studied when the process of attached anoxic oxic biological film process is applied to the treatment of polyester wastewater. When the COD Cr of influent is lower than 1?400 mg/L, organic load of anoxic zone is less than 3 36 kg/(m 3·d) and total HRT is 18 h, the removal rate of COD Cr is above 90%. The anoxic zone improves the biodegradability of pollutants effectively and plenty of microorganisms enhance the durability against shock loading.
