含噪信号量化对测量精度的影响
Effects on Measuring Precision by Quantization of Signals and Associated Noises
【摘要】 揭示了与输入信号相伴的噪声可在一定程度上掩蔽量化误差对于信号测量精度的影响 ,通过计算机模拟 ,给出了这种掩蔽效应与模数转换器位数选择或数据压缩量化精度的定量关系 .
【Abstract】 This paper reveals a fact that the effect of quantization errors on measuring precision may be masked by the noise associated with input signals. And by computer simulations, the quantitative relations between this effect and the selection of A/D bit numbers or the quantiztion levels in data compression, are given.
