【Abstract】 The development of the Korean security market is different from any other Asian nations and the western developed countries .It is characterized by five phases .In each phase, in view of the actual conditions of the development of the security market, the Korean government carried out a series of policies and measures and achieved a fair results. A relatively detailed investigation and analysis of them are made in this paper. During the course of the development of the Korean security market ,it is faced with some outstanding problems such as the imbalance of the issue market and the circulation market, the mismanagement of listed companies ,a deficiency of institutional investors ,etc. And the primary trends of its development are the internationalization of the security market ,the perfection of many kinds of supervisory systems and the creation of good conditions for investment and competition .更多还原
