【Abstract】 In this paper, a practical approach of network reconfiguration based on recursive fictitious flow algorithm is presented. The problem of reconfiguration is divided into the problem of off line seasonal whole network reconfiguration and the problem of on line real time local network reconfiguration. Not only the balance of inter feeder load but also the balance of inter phase load is considered in the real time network reconfiguration. A new algorithm of balancing the three phase load is also presented.更多还原
