【摘要】 目的 :探讨对输尿管中下段结石的处理。方法 :采用输尿管镜直视下钳夹取石。结果 :置镜成功率100 %。19例取石成功 ,1例失败 ,仅术后1～3d血尿 ,无术中、术后严重并发症发生。结论 :输尿管镜下取石为治疗输尿管下段结石的首选措施。诊断治疗可一次完成 ,同时解决结石、狭窄、息肉问题 ,具有痛苦少 ,损伤小 ,恢复快 ,是值得推广的一项新技术更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the treatment of middle and low ureterolith.Method:To take ureterolith with clamp under ureteroscope.Results:The successful rate of putting the ureteroscope was 100% The ureterolith in 19 cases of them were taken oud.1 case was unsuccessful.There was erythrocyturia in 1 to 3 days after the operation.There were no severe complications.Conclusions: To take the ureterolith under ureteroscope is the best method for treating low ureterolith.The method is used in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.It is also used in the treatment of stegnosis and polypus of ureter.Its advantages are little pain,less injures and rapid recovers.It is a valuable new technology.更多还原
