【摘要】 目的 :对乳腺癌组织进行免疫组化检测并结合临床作相关性分析。方法 :采用S -P法对83例乳腺癌组织作ER、PR及C -erbB -2检测。结果 :C -erbB -2表达阳性率为54 22%(45/83) ,C -erbB -2过度表达与组织学分级高、腋窝淋巴结转移有关 ,并与ER、PR状况呈负相关(r=0 032)。结论 :C -erbB -2表达与ER、PR优化组给 ,可为乳腺癌术后拟定治疗方案及预后提供重要依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach the expression of C-erbB-2 oncoprotein,ER,PR and evaluate their clinical significance in breast carcinoma.Metheods:the expression of ER,PR and C-erbB-2 of 83 cases of breast carcinoma were examined with S-P immunohitochemistry.Results:It was found that the positive rate of C-erbB-2 expression was 54 22%(45/83).There was no significant association in breast cancers.The results also showed that there was a negative relationship between hormone receptors and c-erbB-2 oncogene(P<0 05).Conclusion: c-erbB-2,together with ER,might be useful in evaluating prognosis and observing patient’s progression.更多还原
