复方螺旋藻片对正常及实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响

【摘要】 目的 :观察复方螺旋藻片(FST)对正常及实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。方法 :用FST1 5g/kg、3g/kg分别灌胃给予正常小鼠、链脲佐菌素(STZ)性糖尿病小鼠、肾上腺素(Adr)性及葡萄糖性高血糖小鼠 ,连续14d后 ,分别测定各组小鼠空腹血糖。结果 :FST1 5g/kg、3g/kg 能显著降低正常小鼠空腹血糖及STZ性糖尿病小鼠高血糖 ,同时还能拮抗Adr与外源性葡萄糖所致小鼠血糖升高(但FST1 5g/kg 对Adr性小鼠高血糖无明显影响)。结论 :FST能降低正常及实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖

【Abstract】 objective:To observe the effect of Spirulina compound Tablet(FST)on blood glucose in normal and experimental diabetic mice.Methods:With the doses of FST 1 5g/kg,3g/kg by ig administration to normal mice and streptozotocine induced diabetic mice,as well as to adrenaline and glucose induced hyperglycemic mice respectively for 14 days,then the fast blood glucose concentration of each group was determined.Results:FST 1 5g/kg,3g/kg could significantly decrease the blood glucose in normal and in streptozotocin induced diabetic mice.In addition,FST also possessed the hypoglycemic effect in adenaline and glucose induced hyperglycemic mice(but the dose of FST 1 5g/kg had no significant effect on the hyperglycemia induced by adrenaline).Conclusion:FST could decrease the fast blood glucose in normal and in esperimental diabetic mice.
