旋毛虫成虫可溶性抗原SDS-PAGE及Western-blot分析

【摘要】 目的 :初步分析旋毛虫成虫可溶性抗原的蛋白组份及免疫原性。方法 :采用SDS -PAGE和氨银染色对该抗原进行蛋白组份的分析 ,采用Westerm -blot分析该抗原的免疫原性。结果 :SDS -PAGE可显示40条多肽 ,其中主带8条 ;抗血清可特异性地识别16条多肽抗原 ,其中有3条主带。结论 :实验结果表明旋毛虫成虫可溶性抗原的蛋白组份及抗原性均较复杂。

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the protein members and the immunogenecity of T. Spiralis adult worm soluble antigens (AWAg). Methods: The protein members of T. Spiralis AWAg were analyzed with SDS-PAGE and silver staining. The immune distinguishing analysis of the antigens was conducted by western-blot. Results: T. Spiralis AWAg has 40 protein bands, of them there are 8 main bands. The anti-serum of mice can distinguish 16 protein bands of the antigens, among which 3 are main bands. Conclusion: The results show that T. Spiralis AWAg has complicated protein members and immunogenecity.
