云南人间鼠疫流行区蚤类群落中主要蚤种性比分析

【摘要】 目的 :探讨蚤类自然种群的性比。方法 :在对云南省人间鼠疫流行区室内及室外农耕区进行现场抽样调查的基础上 ,常规分类鉴定所获的小兽宿主及其体表寄生蚤。选择采集数量较大的蚤种作为重点对象 ,进行雌雄蚤性比分析。结果 :在流行区12个县(市)的抽样调查中 ,从37种5114只小兽体表检获蚤类27种4288只 ,其中有8种蚤的采集数量较大 ,占总采集蚤数的95 48 %。8种主要蚤种中 ,除偏远古蚤的雄性个体比例(52 32 %)略高于雌性个体比例(47 68 %)外 ,其余7种蚤的雌性个体比例(54 41 %~66 36 %)均高于相应的雄性个体比例(33 64 %~45 59 %) ,雌∶雄比为1∶0 51~1∶0 84。结论 :云南省人间鼠疫流行区蚤类群落中主要蚤种的雌性比例略高于雄性比例

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the sex ratio of natural flea populations.Methods:On the basis of sampling field investigation in the indoor and outdoor cultivated habitats in the foci of human plague of Yunnan province,all the captured small mammal hosts and collected fleas were identified in a conventional way.The dominant flea species with enough sampling individuals were chosen as the targets for the analysis of sex ratios.Results:37 species of small mammal hosts with 5114 individuals were captured in the field investigation.27 species of fleas with 4288 individuals were collected from the body surface of 37 species of small mammal hosts.Of the 27 species of fleas,eight flea species were the dominants with 95.48% of the constituent ratio.Seven dominant flea species(Xenopsylla cheopis,Leptopsylla segnis,Nosopsyllus elongatus longchuanensis,Nosopsyllus elongatus puerensis,Aviostivalius klossi bispiniformis,Ctenophthalmus lushuiensis and Ctenophthalmus breviprojiciens)have more female adults(54.41%~66 36%)than male ones(33.64%~45.59%)and the ratio of females to males is 1∶0.51~1∶0.84.One dominant flea species,palaeopsylla remota,is an exception.The constituent ratos of females and males of palaeopsylla remota are 47.68% and 52.32% respectively.Conclusion:The female constituent ratio of the dominant species in the flea community in the foci of human plague of Yunnan Province is slightly higher than male one.
