【Abstract】 An expression for expanding two-port mutator as two-port scalor and mutator is proposed. The two-port scalor and mutator is represented in terms of complex frequency domain matrix and realized with microelectronic integrated circuits. Following this approach, type 1 M-R scalor and mutator is realized in two-port gyrator. Accordingly, Memristor can be constructed with microelectronic integrated circuits.更多还原
