【摘要】 目的 :探讨细胞增殖状态与细胞转移力的关系。方法 :采用流式细胞术 ,测定两株腹水型肝癌细胞的DNA含量 ,进而提供细胞增殖状态的信息。结果 :F和P细胞的DNA指数及细胞增殖指数均无显著性差异。F细胞的淋巴结转移瘤的G2 /M期比率高于其原发瘤。结论 :两株细胞的转移率与细胞的增殖状态无明显的相关性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship of cell cycle distribution and metastasis in two tumor cell lines.Methods:The DNA contents of two hepatic carcinoma cell lines were studied by flow cytometry.Results:The DNA index and proliferative index between higher metastatic F cell and lower metastatic P cell were no significant differences,but G 2/M phase of tumor cells with lymphatic metastasis were remarkably higher than that of F cell in non-metastasis.Conclusion:The two hepatic carcinoma cell lines with different lymph node metastatic capacities were no differences in cell proliferation.更多还原
